Transparent from postcode to payments.

Seven honest steps. No pressure, no upsell. If your roof isn't right at any stage, we tell you — with a free fact sheet on what to do instead.

  1. Step 01

    Enquiry

    You share your postcode and rough bill. That's it — no phone tag.

  2. Step 02

    Desktop survey

    We check satellite imagery, roof pitch, shading and DNO capacity for your area.

  3. Step 03

    Photo check

    Two phone photos of your fuse box and meter. Usually enough to firm up the fixed quote.

  4. Step 04

    Engineer assessment

    Only if you say yes to the fixed quote — a qualified engineer visits to confirm rafters, cable routes, isolator location.

  5. Step 05

    Install

    One day on scaffold for panels; two days for panels + battery + DNO notification.

  6. Step 06

    MCS certificate

    Issued within 10 working days. Required for SEG payments and consumer protection.

  7. Step 07

    SEG registration

    We register you with your chosen SEG provider so export payments start straight away.

The honesty step

If your roof isn't suitable — too shaded, wrong pitch, structurally borderline, or DNO-capped — you get a free plain-English fact sheet explaining why and what your alternatives are. Ground-mount, waiting for a re-roof, a smaller array on a different elevation. No hard sell. Ever.
