You share your postcode and rough bill. That's it — no phone tag.

Desktop survey
We check satellite imagery, roof pitch, shading and DNO capacity for your area.
- Step 03
Photo check
Two phone photos of your fuse box and meter. Usually enough to firm up the fixed quote.
- Step 04
Engineer assessment
It may not be needed, but if required a qualified engineer will visit to confirm rafters, cable routes, isolator location if they are not standard or something we need to double check.
- Step 05
Install
One day on scaffold for panels; two days for panels + battery + DNO notification.
- Step 06
MCS certificate
Issued within 10 working days. Required for SEG payments and consumer protection.
- Step 07
SEG registration
We register you with your chosen SEG provider so export payments start straight away.
The honesty step
If your roof isn't suitable — too shaded, wrong pitch, structurally borderline, or DNO-capped — you get a free plain-English fact sheet explaining why and what your alternatives are. Ground-mount, waiting for a re-roof, a smaller array on a different elevation. No hard sell. Ever.
